
經常看到電視或網路上批評,美國行政單位服務有多差,我都半信半疑。笑話,人家可是維持世界正義講究人權顧客至上的泱泱大國耶,怎麼會有早年中國大陸那種服務人員愛理不理、大吼「不想買就甭買吧你!」、或是把剛摳過豬腸的大拇指泡在陽春麵裡的不專業情事發生哩?
直到代誌發生,鳥屎痾到自己頭上,才發現原來革命先烈所言,竟是如此真切。原來所謂的服務差,不見得是指態度差,而是不可思議的辦事效率和匪夷所思的脫線行徑。
今天上午,壽司小姐神清氣爽地賴床賴到十點半。起床打開信箱,有一封標題是「$6,000 Scholarship」的email賴在信箱裡。

On your Tuition & Fees Worksheet you indicated that you expect to receive A $6,000.00 scholarship. As of today NYU does not have a record of that scholarship. Are you referring to an NYU scholarship? If this scholarship will arrive from outside of NYU, please provide documentation for this scholarship.
