YES YES!! Finally purchased a new phone.
Went Vivo Singtel Shop with my parents yesterday.
Had a hard time choosing the phone.
In the end, i decided to take E75.
I'm so glad that they have the red ones.

    

 

Times flies. 2 weeks of vacation is coming to the end.
Will be getting back Common Test results soon. 
Hope that i can score better than anticipated.

Oh i managed to get all the songs from Boys Over Flower.
Loves all of the songs. Some really make me tear up.

How long should i wait?
Please let it be good news.

Sakae Sushi @ West Coast Plaza (Previously known as Ginza Plaza)

Alicia, Yu Ning & I was having buffet at Sakae Sushi.
The customers over there can be counted within one hand. Yes, Less than 5.
So we have our lunch with few "bodyguards" behind.
By the way, the waitress forgotten to tell us that we are entitled with one red plate.
And we use our last few minutes to finish the red plate.
It was terrible! I swear we won't eat sushi for the next few weeks.

Then have our window shopping over there.
The areas are newly renovated and most of the shops are new.
Most of the previously existing shops are gone.
Left only the cold storage and the bread shop remained.

After that, Yu Ning told us that there is a Sakura somewhere near Clementi Woods.
Alicia and I couldn't believe it at the first place until she bought us there.
It was a two storey building.
Alicia and I walked around the place, like some security guards.
We found out that there are more variety foods.
Next time we can consider having lunch over there.
It is somewhere near Jin Tai Primary School.

Sakura - Singapore Science Centre.

Having lunch buffet at Sakura with Alicia & Rui Ping.
Saw Mr Wan and Jennifer while we are eating.
We ate a lot during this time round.
The foods are nice especially the seafood but the cakes are not so tasty.
After eating, we took the shuttle bus to IMM.
One terrible incident happened while shopping in Daiso.
Alicia ******* (better don't say) 
We bring her to some "isolated" area in Carrefour to help her ***** ***.
It was so amusing. I was laughing non-stop. HAHAHA!
After that, she went to buy some sour plums.
Now Alicia is "allergic" to the word "酸梅” (Chinese words for sour plums)
Then we went to find a place to gossip before heading home.

Sentosa Picnic - Palawan Beach

Meet Alicia and Rui Ping at Vivo City to buy the stuffs.
We bought breads, tibits and Mcdonalds before heading to Sentosa.
We chosen Palawan beach as it was less crowded.
After settling our stuffs, we have our lunch over there.
Then we went into the sea and got ourselves all wet.
It was high tide and the waves was strong.
And there is lots of seaweeds over the sea.
But it was very relaxing and cool when your body soak into the sea.
The moment the wave comes, our body will turned 90 degree as we are lying down.
We went to took our bath during evening and then have our dinner.
Rui ping wanted to climb the Merlion.
But sad to say that, it's was closed when we reached there.

Holiday is over and tomorrow's the first day of school of the brand new semester.
Hope everything is going smoothly.

Exam results was out on last Friday. I was quite satisfied with it.

But i know it can be even better. 

I should have tried even harder. 

Alright, it's over. No use brooding anymore.

今天是除夕，也就是农历2008年的最后一天。
回想2008年，大家都回联想到许多不愉快的事，列如："四川地震，毒奶粉事件，恐怖分子等等"。加上现在经济不景气，大家的心情也难免会低落。

但是过年就是要没有烦恼，没有忧愁，快快乐乐的，无论过去的一年我们遇到过什么样的烦恼，在这一刻我们把它抛掷脑后，开始迎接新一年！

今年是牛年,俗话说牛年马年好种田,我相信这新的一年里，一切都会顺顺利利的。

希望我们大家都能带着一股牛气忘记悲伤勇往向前冲！

上个星期，看了《女人大主意》的节目。他们正讨论哪一个类型的男人最令人讨厌。提到几个就有大男人的作风，爱面子，爱听妈妈的话，等等。 举个例子，女生都受不了男人爱面子。比如，在路上行驶，男人不知该往哪个方向。 他们却要硬着头皮地继续行驶，也不要主动询问正确方向。我看等到他达到目的地，天已经黑了吧。节目也提到那一类的女人最讨厌。就有爱大声说话的女人，男人婆，问一些无理取闹的问题，例如妈妈跟女友掉进海里，你会先救谁。还有，女人会常问男人："你爱不爱我？"。回答"爱"，她就会问你爱多少？以后还会不会爱我？，等等，没完没了。

其实无论男或女，每个人都不是完美，都有自己的优缺点。在感情上，如果你真爱一个人，你会包容，接受和原谅他或她的一切。所谓"情人眼里出西施"。如果男女之间产生了爱慕之情，即使一方的容貌不是多么美丽漂亮，也会变得如同美女一样令另一方喜欢。

"完美"就像大家心里的一把尺，每个人对完美的定义也不同，那人该怎么完美呢？ 不完美的东西是可以成就完美的,但所谓完美的反而不美.有谁能说明完美是什么样子的? 绝对没有人能说的出来。不完美本身也可以是一种完美。 "完美"就好象一个圆,这世上没有一个正元形,用圆规画出来的圆在显微镜下也是有无数线和点组成的,即使在电脑上也是用无数无数无数个点来够成的,没有人画的出我们想象的那样的圆形,它只不过是我们在脑中抽象出来的一个概念一个界限而已.所以完美也一样, 你能说圆形不存在吗？你不能这么说, 但你也不能说它存在! 完美也一样!

Managed to complete my DWA assignment and do some of the coding on yesterday.
I was staying at OurSpace@72 till about 7pm.
It was so relaxing over there and the white round chair is comfortable.
Now I'm left with DWA practical, math quiz and revision.
By the way, My IS lecturer is super good...
She said that ONLY our group doesn't need to attend her lecture for the next 2 weeks.
Wonderful!! She is quite satisfied of our performance and all the work is completed.
Anyway, only 7 students turned up for her lecture.
Our group consists of five members are all present.
I can see that she is quite impressed.

A Wise Donkey

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided that is was not worth retrieving the donkey as the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway.

He invited his neighbours to come over and help him. They each grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realised what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement, it quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw.

As every shovel of dirt hit its back, the donkey did something amazing. It would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, it would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off to everyone's amazement!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you-all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of a hole is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest holes just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up!

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.

2. Free your mind from worries.

3. Live simply.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less.

Even though I've to wake up early in the morning and went home late,
which might be same as schooling, but it doesn't matter.
The matters the most is that how you spent your holidays.
From working, you will get to experience the "feeling" of working life; you get to face different challenges such as how to handle difficult customers etc. And by then, you gained some experience from that and also some advice for the experienced ones. This is something that you can't learn in school.
Rather than slacking at home, I am glad that I worked.

10 Oct was my last day working at Hitachi. For your info, this is the 2^nd time I worked for them.
My assistant manager aka da jie da gave me a treat at rocky master during lunchtime,
Wilson gave me a treat last week and Clara aka Da Jie gave me a treat at rocky master too before she flew to Taiwan.
I gave away chocolates for almost everyone.
I told them when you ate those chocolates, you will definitely remember me.
My colleagues are all nice, friendly and easy-going. Most importantly, they likes to jokes.
All are asking me when I am going to be back again. Perhaps in Feb.
By the way, our showroom showcases a new product.
It is simply awesome.
It is the world's first ULTRA THIN full HD LCD. Can you imagine that? 1.5 Ultra Thin!!!
Ya! That's the one which was on the advertisement.

School gotta starts on Monday.
I want a GOOD start for this new semester!

15 September was the day that exam results were released.
I couldn't get to sleep the previous night.
I was afraid of the results.
I was continuous looking at my mobile phone since 8am.
The message was reached at 8:50am while I was in my office.
IT WAS SUPER SHOCKING!
I actually got an AD for OOAD despite that I only scored merely a C+ for my common test.
But I was a little disappointed on my LAN.
I did study hard for that.  
But overall my GPA did improved.
That's a good thing.

昨晚看了《艺点心思》，感触很多，甚至还哭了。
访问艺人是李国煌。
喜欢他的主持风格，搞笑又风趣。但也有不少人讨厌他。
他在节目说过，会有人讨厌你，也会有人喜欢你，最重要是做自己！
因为你是为自己而活。
我非常认同。毕竟每个人的喜好，看法都不一样。
只要不是伤天害理的事，我们都能坚持自己的作风。
如果真要迁就每个人，我觉得那是一种虚伪，自欺欺人。
会了讨好人，而去做自己不喜欢的事，你最终得到的是什么？
别人的赞美和认同?
问一问自己，你开心吗？

当他提到哥哥去世的时候，他说了一番话。

这番话让我哭了。
理由很简单。我感觉到他的遗憾，他的内疚。

往往忽略身旁的人，当成理所当然。
等到失去了，才后悔。
生老病死是人生必须经历的过程，想逃也逃不了。
我们唯一能做的就是珍惜一切，把握和家人，亲人，朋友相处的时间。
想对他们说的话，就立刻说吧。
千万不要有任何遗憾。
就像我，到现在我还会每天叫着我爸爸，妈妈，对他们撒娇。
有时还会牵着他们的手，拥抱他们。
我要让他们知道我有多爱他们，让他们感受到我对他们的爱。

珍惜眼前人,多給他們一點愛，
因为我们不知道下一秒会发生什么事。

Working at Hitachi again. 做生不如做熟。
Surprising they still need people.
But it's so funny la.
I sms-ed Clara, she called me to ask Andrew.
Then i called Andrew. He said he will call Janet.
After that he called me back, saying that Janet is in a meeting.
So around 1 plus, Janet called me.
Asked me how long is my holidays etc and wants me to start work on Monday.
Then 5 mins later, Andrew called me again.
He said the same things as what Janet have said.
Asking me to start work on Monday and also go down to his office tomorrow.
FYI, Clara is an employee, Andrew is my agent and Janet is the Assistant Manager.

Btw Meet Dave is a nice movie.
