單= 一個人

學校放假了， 媽媽又被叫囘納閩了， 又是剩下我一個人在家

家裏還有kiki， 但是， 我還是覺得。。。很無聊。。。

kiki也很無聊吧， 一直叫， 我想不理它， 又覺得自己很冷血

我理它， 我又沒那麽大的耐性

如果真的是一個人， 我可以不用到時到鈡就趕回家， 可以在外面溜久一點

但是現在卻必須趕回家喂kiki， 又怕它把家裏弄得亂七八糟

無聊+煩

kiki聽到沒有， 叫你聽話的啦， 不要那麽難服侍好不好

最近比較忙， 忙什麽？ 很多咯。。。

要弄雅閣的條規，準備隨時出租

有學日文， 要做功課

網路的中文科還有功課要做

雅閣那裏要先去玩耍，喫喫喝喝一下

在催那個香港代理的合約（怎麽那麽慢？！）

工作上， 開始忙明年2月開學的手續了

還有呢？ 好像缺乏運動， 幾時要去流一下汗？ 體重最近很不輕。。。

弄了好久，終于可以開始出租啦

Descriptions of the unit, and the rules and conditions of stay:
單位説明：

Location: 1 Borneo Condominium, Tower A, level 2, Unit No. A -02 -02, Jalan Sulaman, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia
地點：馬來西亞，沙巴州，亞庇市，穌拉曼路， 1 Borneo 公寓， A 棟， 2樓， A-02-02， 郵區編號 88450

2 bedrooms with attached bathroom respectively
2個套房，附浴室

Each Bedroom: 1 queen bed, air-conditioner and ceiling fan.
各套房：1張雙人床， 空調， 風扇

Each Bathroom: water heater, hair shampoo and body shampoo provided. Bath towels (for 2 pax) will be provided.
各浴室：熱水器， 提供洗髮水和沐浴露。 提供浴巾（2人份）

Living room: TV, Sofa, Wifi (no computer provided, customers may bring their own laptop. Wifi access code will be given upon check in if required)
客廳：電視，沙發，無綫電網路（不提供電腦，顧客可攜帶自己的筆記型電腦。 網路密碼將在入住時告知）

Kitchen: simple cooking facilities (induction cooker), microwave oven, kettle, water filter, fridge.
廚房：簡單的烹煮器材， 微波爐，電水壺，清水過濾器，冰箱

Rental of the unit: RM250 per night (1400 hrs to 1200 hrs the next day)
單位租金：馬幣250令吉1日（下午2時至隔天中午12時）

Extra mattress can be arranged at extra charges: RM25 per pax (mattress, pillow and bath towel inclusive)
可提供額外床垫， 收費為：馬幣25令吉1個位（床垫，枕頭及浴巾）

Check in time: 1400 hrs
進房：下午2時

Upon check in: access card, main door key, and room key will be given (one set each room)
進房時：各個房間將分配于1套通行卡，單位大門鑰匙及房間鑰匙

Deposit for access card and keys: RM100 per set (Cash) is required upon check in, refundable upon check out after room check
通行卡和鑰匙按金：請顧客于入住時付馬幣100令吉（現金）于各1套，客人退房時，檢查物品後發還

Check out time: 1200 hrs
退房：中午12時

Clients are to be responsible in taking good care of all the facilities in the unit. Any damages done will be charged accordingly, on case to case basis.
顧客必須負責善用單位内的設施。 住宿期間造成的損壞將根據物件的價格由顧客賠償

Clients are not to take any belongings (such as bath towels etc) from the unit, or charges will be incurred.
顧客請勿攜帶單位内的物品（如浴巾等）離開，否則需付于物品同等價格

No services available during clients’ duration of stay. Room will be made clean before clients check in, and only will be cleaned after clients check out.
入住期間，業主將不提供清潔等服務。 單位將在顧客入住前清理乾淨，接著在顧客退房后才再清理。

No smoking in the unit
單位内嚴禁吸煙

Requests on changing of bath towels or bed sheets during staying period will incur extra charges, at RM20 per full set (bed sheet, pillow case and 2 bath towels).
入住期間如果要求更換浴巾或床單，額外收費為馬幣20令吉1套（床單，枕頭袋及浴巾2件）

Payment details:
付款方式：

Deposit: 50% of total amount upon confirmation of date, not less than 4 days before check in date
訂金： 確定入住日的4天前付房價全額50%的訂金

Balance: to be paid by cash/ bank draft upon check in
餘額：入住時付于現金或銀行匯票

All charges on money transfer are to be borne by the Clients
所有匯款手續費將由顧客負責

Clients to email scanned copy of proof of deposit to the owner to secure the unit
匯款后請電郵通知業主, 並附上匯款證明

Clients not shown: (Except for special case such as natural disaster)
取消訂房規定（天災情況除外）

Inform the owner of cancellation not less than 72 hours before the check in date, deposit paid will be kept in full under the Client’s account to be used within the next 6 months, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited.
顧客于入住日期不少過72小時内通知業主取消訂房，已付之訂金將在顧客名下獲得保留，並在6個月内使用，逾期則不退還

Cancellation notice of not less than 48 hours, 10% of deposit paid will be kept under the Clients’ account to be used within the next 6 months, failing which the deposit the amount paid will be forfeited.
在入住日期前不少過48小時内通知業主取消訂房，已付訂金數額之10%將在顧客名下獲得保留， 並在6個月内使用，逾期則不退還

No refund of deposit for cancellation of less than 24 hours and/ or clients not shown.
在入住日期前24小時内取消訂房或當日沒入住，恕不退還訂金。

what motivates me? i called him an old friend? well, since i have the cassette, and since i found that it was not too hard, and tried and manageable, why not?

what next? all my little tigers cassettes, my guan de hui's cassettes, u all will be safed soon! haha!

i noticed this in my account details! oh dear! i actually registered here more than a year ago, that was because of zchen.

now, i am back, again, because of artist, and this time round is for kingone.

not sure if i want to do any blogging here, i did it somewhere else, and that site closed down few months back after so many years...

back to work... blogging here doesn't bring in extra income...
