騎車要先花錢買車，每年還有保險費要交，時間到了還要保養費用，零件壞了也要錢，機車也會年年折舊，
這些都不是成本嗎？？
更遑論騎車還要冒著生命安全的風險，

政府總該提出具有相當程度『誘因』的政策來推行，
我覺得既然馬先生這麼崇尚環保，
不如就大家搭乘大眾運輸都不要錢，
在免錢又班次密集的情況下（這很重要），
我相信很多人會投向大眾運輸的懷抱，
偉大的九政府都可以拿1千多億去拼經濟（蓋殯儀館），
