開啟gag模式，沒有文字會顯示在營幕上。
文字還是會收下來並且拿去判斷trigger，但沒有東西印出。
這個指令增加gag counter而#gagoff減少gag counter，所以可以完成多等級的gag
Turns on the Gag mode so that no text is displayed on the screen. Text is still received from the MUD and triggers are still processed, but nothing is displayed. This command increments the Gag counter which is decremented by #GAGOFF so that multiple levels of gagging can be performed.
